6 Day Eastern Uganda Safari Over view
This 6 day Estern Uganda safari will take you through the eastern part of Uganda. We will get to see and have activities on the sipi falls, abseiling down the 100 meter water fall, enjoy coffee plantation tours. We will then head out to the Kidepo valley national park for game drives on this Uganda safari.

Day 1: Kampala to Sipi Falls
This 6 Day Eastern Uganda Safari will start from Kampala towards the eastern part of Uganda. We will have an early breakfast, ride out to Sipi Falls. We will make a stopover in Mbale for lunch. We will then proceed to sipi falls for a relaxing evening. The falls will be visible from the lodge and you get to enjoy an evening viewing the magnificent falls on this Uganda safari.
Day 2; Sipi Falls Tour
On this day of the 6 Day Eastern Uganda Safari, we will tour the 3 different water falls that make up Sipi falls. W will hike to the caves behind the waterfalls. The spray of the falls create a mirage that creates beautiful memories. We will go abseiling from the top of the Sipi falls(100metres) and the scene is absolutely amazing. We will be guided by trained professionals.
Later in the afternoon, we will embark on the coffee tour. Coffee is one of the cash crops famously grown on the slopes of Mt Elgon. We will learn the process of growing, harvesting, drying and roasting the coffee. We will make our own cup of coffee. We shall then hike to a plateau to watch the amazing sunset. This plateau overs amazing views of the flat lands beneath. We shall then return to the lodge for the night.
Day 3: Sipi Falls To Kidepo National Park
We shall have an early start for Kidepo valley national Park. We will encounter the local people and get to experience their daily lives. The Karamoja Plains are a beauty and we will make various stops for photography if needed, we shall check into our lodge on reaching Kidepo and have a relaxing evening
Day 4: Kidepo valley Game drive and cultural Experience
We will depart from the lodge for an early game drive where we shall encounter some of the best Wildlife in Uganda. The lions, giraffes, elephants, zebras, water bucks, cheetahs, warthogs, Jackson’s hartebeest are some of the wildlife we will get to see on this game drive. There are a lot of bird species in Kidepo valley and we shall be able to view them on this game drive. This game drive will last up to 5 hours and we will return to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, we shall head up to the Karamajong hills for a cultural visit. Here, the local people will invite us into their homes so that we can experience their daily lives. We shall enjoy their cultural experiences including the memorable dances. We shall return to the lodge for diner.
Day 5: Kidepo Game Drives
We will depart for another game drive but this time in a different part of the national park. We shall be able to see the hot springs, run alongside the ostriches, cheetahs, view the famous secretary bird, elephants, herds of buffaloes and so much more. We will return to the lodge for a relaxing afternoon and evening
Day 6; Kidepo to Kampala
On the last day of the Uganda safari, we will have an early start as we head back to kampala. We will go through the Karamoja plains and view the local communities. We will make a stopover at the Aru falls for a swim. We will continue to Gulu where we will make a stopover for lunch. We will continue through the Nakasongola plains. We will return to Kampala. This will mark the end of our 6 Day Eastern Uganda Safari .
