The 6 days Uganda chimpanzee and wildlife safari, will start and end in Kampala Uganda’s capital. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.

After your early breakfast, your driver/guide will meet you in Kampala at the hotel. Thereafter drive Northwest of Uganda to Murchison Falls National Park. Visit Ziwa Rhino sanctuary first. It was established to protect Rhinos in Uganda since they were becoming extinct, there you will find both the black and white Rhinos. Please note that entry fees at the Sanctuary go for US$50 per person. Later, you will have another stopover in Masindi for lunch as you proceed to the park.
On reaching the park, Check-in at the lodge. Relax in the evening and have dinner.

Day 2: Morning Game drive, Boat cruise and Hike
Enjoy your early morning breakfast, later proceed to the park for the morning game drive, during the drive you will have a chance to see various wildlife such as elephants, hartebeests, buffaloes, warthogs, lions, hyenas, water bucks, birds among others. After the game drive head back to the lodge for lunch, thereafter head for the afternoon boat safari at 2pm on the Nile River. While on the boat you will be in line to see various birds such as the shoe bill, colored kingfishers, and other animals along the banks such as crocodiles, hippos, and elephant. This boat cruise takes you just close to the Murchison falls where you will have a great view of the magnificent falls.
Thereafter, proceed to the top of the falls, for more exciting and clear views of the waterfalls and the landscape around. In order to see these falls clearly one need to hike to the top. Later, you will be picked up by your driver, cross at the ferry and head back to the lodge for dinner.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale National Park.

Enjoy your breakfast and later start off your journey to Kibale National Park-the home of 13 primates such as Chimpanzees, Red-tiled monkeys, Grey cheeked Mangabeys. Along the way you will enjoy various amazing views of  rift-valley escarpments in the countryside, all this is seen while passing through Hoima as you head to Fort portal.
Have lunch in Masindi and proceed to Kibale National Park. When you reach the park, check in at the lodge, unwind and have dinner.

Day 4: Chimpanzee tracking and travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will wake up very early and have your breakfast, thereafter head to the park headquarters before 8:00 am for brief concerning chimpanzee tracking. After briefing, immediately start off your search of the Chimpanzees, these have a 98%DNA close to that of human beings, while trekking chimpanzees you will also have a great opportunity of seeing other primates such as the grey cheeked Mangabeys, golden monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, L’Hoest’s monkeys, bush babies among others, you will also be able to spot various bird species while in this forest such as the green breasted pitta, the rumped tinker bird, among others. Kibale forest has the largest number of chimpanzee communities an each community accommodates 1 to 100 chimpanzees, they are headed by a dominant adult male s that provide the rest with protection against any threat.
After trekking, head back to the headquarters and start your journey to Queen Elizabeth national park, it is approximately a 3 hours’ drive from Kibale to Queen. Along the way you will have great and nice views from the highlands and also when you enter the park what welcomes you are the numbers of wildlife such as the elephants, kobs, buffaloes, and impalas, among others.
Check-in at your lodge and have dinner.

Day 5: Game drive and an afternoon boat cruise-Queen Elizabeth National Park
You shall start your morning game drive so early, so this will require you to be up very early, with this you will be able to see very many animals along the Kasenyi track, you will also be able to view different animals such as elephants, antelopes, water bucks, buffaloes, lions, kobs among others.
After the game drive, head back to the lodge your breakfast, relax and later have lunch as you prepare for the afternoon boat cruise. You will have a great time cruising along the Kazinga channel and getting a chance to view water birds such as the saddle billed stork, pink backed pelicans, the malachite kingfishers and animals such as crocodiles, elephants, hippos, buffaloes, feeding along the channel.
Later in the evening, head back to the Lodge, have dinner, and spend the night.

Day 6: Departure back to Kampala.
Enjoy your breakfast in the morning, thereafter drive to Kyambura gorge to trek chimpanzees. It is a great time spent with the Chimpanzees, while here you will also have a chance of viewing wildlife like; birds, monkeys etc. Later, continue with your way to Kampala whereby you will stop at the Igongo cultural center for lunch, if you still have enough time you will visit the museum at the cultural center.
After proceed and have a stopover at the equator for photos and you can also buy souvenirs. Arrive in Kampala in the evening.
