Bwana Tembo Safari Camp
Bwana Tembo Safari Camp is a budget safari lodge located at the border with Murchison falls national park. The lodge offers amazing views and a true African safari experience. The safari lodge overlooks the River Nile offer spectacular views of the river, wildlife and a true African sunset. Elephants are regular visitors to the camp. Bwana Tembo Safari Camp is located 10 minutes’ drive from the park entrance. This is a massive advantage if you would like to do an early morning game drive or a late evening game drive.

Bwana Tembo Safari Camp is comprised of 4 bandas and 4 safari tents. All are well designed on wooden platforms and grass thatched creating a true Uganda safari atmosphere. The bandas and tents are en-suite, well furnished with comfortable beds, flushing toilets, showers with both hot and cold water. The furniture is well picked to offer a comfortable stay during your Uganda safari tour. A cold shower in the afternoon heat does miracles to your safari experience. All accommodation has private decks that allow a private intimate time as you watch the sun set over the River Nile.

In a customized safari vehicle, you will be able to enjoy the savanna grasslands, wildlife and bird life of the park. For the bird lovers, the lodge is frequented by an amazingly big number of birds like the blue eyed sterling, weaver bird and many more. A nature walk in the wilderness will allow you view more of the bird species. Guided nature walks around the communities is another way to interact with the locals and the wilderness on your Uganda safari.
